During Phase 1, we uncover existing problems facing your business by initiating up to three Research and Discovery sessions with you. We have found that the benefit is twofold: First, we uncover the problem(s), but more importantly, our clients discover the importance of the services that we provide. At the end of these sessions, our clients receive our findings in form of a Research and Discovery Packet, which sets the foundation and framework for the design and development phase of the project.
Phase 2, or the Design Phase, begins by taking information that has been gathered in the Research and Discovery Phase and using it to apply solutions that make sense to your business. This is the point at which some of the problems that were uncovered in Phase 1 are solved. Whether the problem is an identity that is inconsistent across its applications, or a website that is unnavigatable because of poor site architecture, we work diligently to pair solutions to the problems that are outlined in our Discovery Packet.
The Development phase, or Phase 3, puts the plan into motion. It is during this phase that we carry out, or execute, our design solution. Phase 3 is like bringing all of the pieces of the puzzle together, so that they, in turn, form that one "big picture" at the very end. Whether the business solution is print based, or web based, the development process is critical in making the initial concept come to life.
Phase 4, the Quality Assurance Phase, is your guarantee that you are receiving the quality that you expect when working with a design partner. It is during this phase that we thoroughly review our solutions to ensure accuracy and that they provide resolution to the problems that we set out to solve.
During the Production Phase (Phase 5), we see the final product come to life. Whether the end result is a brochure, identity system, or a website, the process outlined in the preceeding pages is your best guarantee that your business problem will be solved.
